Math teachers Karen Hill, Jason Krueger, and Paul Linzmeyer from West High School participated in Northcentral Technical College's Welding Boot Camp. The three-session workshop was open to math and art teachers from the area. The courses taught welding, machine tooling, grinding, laser cutting, and bending.
