Facility Rental Procedures

Welcome to our online Facility Rental procedures for building and field rental requests. A valid email address is required to rent facilities in the Wausau School District.

Follow the steps below to begin your facility rental request:

Step 1: Read about the rules, insurance requirements, and fees.

It is the responsibility of the Requester to read and be familiar with the Fees, General Conditions, and Additional Regulations pertaining to the type of rental you are requesting.

Step 2: Create your Requester Account. You may skip this step if you have already created an account.

***PLEASE SELECT THE OUTSIDE CLIENT OPTION FOR CLIENT- REQUEST TYPE*** (If you are an employee of the Wausau School District, please do this because most of the time you are making a request on behalf of another organization.)

Your account will be approved within (2) business days. You will receive an email from rSchooltoday upon approval of your account. If you do not receive an email within (2) business days, login to your account to see if it has been activated. If you cannot login to your account, please contact Cassie Heidmann at 715-261-0827 or cheidmann@wausauschools.org.

Step 3: Once your account has been approved, you may login to request a facility.

Facility requests are on a first come, first serve basis to the public. However, your request may be denied or canceled in the event a Wausau School District group/ activity needs the room in which you booked. The charges you may see are only an estimate and will be updated accordingly.
